Is there a charge for data egress?

No, under fair use. Onamcloud does not charge for standard outbound data transfer. If usage is abusive — for example, bulk data exfiltration, reselling bandwidth, or running a CDN/proxy service off our network — we reserve the right to apply charges or suspend the account under our Acceptable Use Policy.

Do you offer managed services?

Onamcloud instances are self managed by default. We offer optional support plans (Basic, Advanced, Professional) ranging from monitoring only to full managed operations including DevOps, migration, and incident management.

What is your uptime guarantee?

We provide a 99.999% uptime SLA for production workloads. Full details are available in our Service Level Agreement.

Where is your infrastructure located?

Our Mumbai region (IN-WEST-1) is hosted at the Equinix MB4 facility in Navi Mumbai — a Tier III+ carrier neutral data centre. Additional regions in Chennai, Belgrade, and Singapore are on our expansion roadmap.

What facility certifications does the data centre hold?

Our infrastructure is hosted in facilities certified to ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS, ISO 22301 (Business Continuity), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).

What is your acceptable use policy?

We maintain strict acceptable use standards. Activities including abuse, spam, illegal content distribution, or any form of malicious operations are not permitted and will result in immediate termination.

Is cryptocurrency mining or gaming server hosting allowed?

No. Running cryptocurrency mining operations, game servers (e.g. multiplayer game hosting), or any computationally exploitative workloads that degrade shared infrastructure is prohibited.

Can I use Onamcloud to bypass geographical content restrictions?

No. Using our infrastructure to circumvent geographic licensing restrictions or content access controls violates our acceptable use policy.

Are your servers self managed?

Yes, by default. You retain full root/admin access and operational responsibility. If you need hands on management, our Advanced and Professional support plans provide dedicated DevOps and SRE engineering.

Are VPN services, anonymisation proxies, or Tor exit nodes permitted?

No. Operating public VPN endpoints, anonymisation proxies, or Tor exit/relay nodes that obscure end user identity is not permitted on our platform.

How do you handle data sovereignty?

Each Onamcloud region is a fully isolated sovereign unit — separate control planes, separate data stores, separate operational teams. Data in one region never flows to another. Your data stays within the jurisdictional boundary you choose.

Can I bring my own hardware?

Yes. OnBYOPC allows us to design, deploy, and manage sovereign cloud infrastructure on your own physical hardware — in your data centre, your colo, or your edge locations. Same platform, your metal.
